Citation Finder is a great tool to use if you already have a citation for an article and you want to find the full text. Perhaps your professor gave you the citation, or you're using a bibliography or works cited list as a starting place for your research.

At a minumum you need to type in the title of the journal, the ISSN , or a DOI. Typing in the article title, year, or other information will improve the efficiency of Citation Finder. Citation Finder is located under Articles & Databases or All the Research Tools and links to articles through Find It @ UW.

ISSN numbers are unique eight-digit numbers used for journals, e.g. 1062-6050. Digital Object Identifiers (DOI) are unique numbers used for many electronic documents, e.g. DOI: 10.1007/s10040-011-0769-3.
